Ordering Instructions
Our ordering system is simple and easy to use. Just select the item(s) you would like to purchase and input your credit card information, your order will be submitted directly to our sales department via an encrypted portal to insure the safest in transaction transfer.

Please complete all portions of the order form - this will speed your orders processing. If there is an error or important information is omitted a customer service representative will then review your order and contact you to complete the transaction on the next business day.

Terms
We accept Money Orders, Personal and Company Checks (clearing period may apply), and MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit cards.

Shipping Information
All orders US and worldwide, are shipped via FedEx, USPS,or UPS.

Domestic (US) Shipments
All orders within the continental U.S. will be shipped via FedEx or USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of shipping receipt.

International Shipments
All orders shipped outside of the USA will be shipped via FedEx or USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of shipping. Anarchy Choppers will not be responsible for customs duties or charges when importing items into other countries. Write or call for estimate of shipping costs.

Minimum Order
No minimum order.

Returns or Exchanges
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling or writing Anarchy Choppers to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Items will only be considered for return or exchange if the request is made within 30 days from the date if invoice. A handling fee may be charged to restock items unless otherwise specified. Anarchy Choppers reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Delivery Time
If an item is temporarily out of stock it will be shipped automatically when said product becomes available unless you request no backorders. Backorders over 30 days are confirmed before shipping.

Limited Warranty
If your Anarchy Choppers product is defective in material or workmanship (parts and apparel only) and you return it to us UN-USED AND UN-INSTALLED   within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will replace it at no charge to you. Proof of purchase (invoice number, etc) is required to obtain warranty service. Only products purchased directly from Anarchy Choppers may be returned to us. If your item was purchased through an Anarchy Choppers Authorized Dealer, you must return the item directly to the Dealer from which it was purchased.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow installation and operation instructions, misapplication or alteration.

Warranty on Bikes
Custom built and/or Used bikes may or may not carry a warranty depending on the bikes circumstances, warranty terms will be applied on an individual basis at the time of sale.

Shipping Damage and Shortages
All Anarchy Choppers products are closely inspected before packaging and shipment. Product damage occurring during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier and Anarchy Choppers accepts no responsibility for shipping damage. ALL CLAIMS FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE CARRIER. ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO ANARCHY CHOPPERS WITHIN SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS.
